Hamilton – Amenities

Guests of Residence & Conference Centre – Hamilton enjoy complimentary parking in parking lot P8, complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the Residence, and use of a wide range of onsite amenities including a games room, movie lounge, laundry and kitchen facility. Flexible meeting space is also available!
Complimentary Parking
For your convenience complimentary parking is provided in Lot P8 located directly in front of the Residence entrance. Upon check in guests will receive a parking code to *register their vehicle’s license plate for free parking using the parking machine located at the residence entrance.
*Failure to properly register a license plate will result in a parking ticket from Mohawk College Parking. The Residence & Conference Centre – Hamilton is not responsible for the parking lots on campus, ticketing, or ticket disputes. All tickets must be addressed directly with Mohawk College Parking services or online via the website on the ticket.
Event Spaces
Our event spaces, located on the first floor, are a great option for group meetings or hospitality gathering space. These rooms can be set up boardroom style or casual lounge style to suit your needs. The largest space can accommodate approximately 100 guests – based on set up.
On-site Laundry & Kitchen Facilities
Located on the main floor, our laundry and kitchen facilities offer convenience away from home. Laundry cards can be purchased from the laundry room vending machine for $5 and loaded via credit card or debit (wash cycle cost is $2.25, dryer cycle cost is $2). The onsite kitchen features two ovens/stovetops for cooking. Pots, pans and cooking utensils are available to sign out at the Front Desk (please note: we do not have dishes/cutlery).
Movie Lounge
The 4th Floor, our movie lounge is a fun option for small groups or sport teams to unwind and catch their favourite flick! With authentic movie theatre seats and a big screen television it’s like being at the movies, but you can wear your pj’s!
David Braley Athletic & Recreation Centre
Don’t skip a beat in your workout routine – RCC guests enjoy complimentary access to the David Braley Athletic & Recreation Centre! This state of the art facility contains an indoor track, weights, modern exercise machines and cardio equipment. Guests must obtain a gym pass from the Front Desk and present it along with valid photo I.D. and complete a waiver at DBARC to gain access to the gym.
