I was recently involved in organizing a major workshop for 140 Fanshawe administrators. The stakes were especially high since it was our first face-to-face event in over two years. The event required a large space, audio-visual components, breakout rooms and a menu to please all. With your expert guidance on food, space and logistics, it all came off without a hitch. Thank you to Fanshawe College Conference Services for helping make our event such a success.

BFM Foundation (Canada) had their Annual Conference and AGM at Fanshawe for a number of years, so coming onboard later in, I was very happy to rely on their experience as I organized my first ever event… Holleigh’s knowledge regarding our organizational needs and requirements, her insightful questions and thoughtful and very prompt answers, let me know that I was in good hands. We worked together to organize the shuttles to and from the airport, the accommodations, the food with all the special dietary requirements, the meeting rooms, sound, breaks and so on. In the end, the event was a smashing success, the attendees were delighted, any hiccups were handled and I looked like a star!

It was a long weekend, so I expected the college would be shorthanded. But the Conference Services team provided service that exceeded my expectation. They provided prompt response and assistance every time we asked for something. It was a very pleasant stay.
