Our residence is unique, as rather than one large building, our facility consists of 3 smaller buildings all located within steps of each other in the same parking lot, with one front desk shared between the 3 buildings.

Our front desk is located at our building at 15 College Drive, while our guest rooms are located at 19 or 17 College Drive. When checking in at the residence, please do not unload your vehicle before receiving your building and suite number, as you will not be staying in the building that houses our front desk.

Our Front Desk is staffed 24 hours should you require assistance during your stay. To contact the Front Desk you can call 705-980-1301 X0 or e-mail northbay@stayrcc.com.

Additional amenities (towels, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.) are available at the Front Desk upon request.

If you have any safety or security concerns please visit the Front Desk. College Security is on call 24/7. In case of emergency please call 9-1-1.

Housekeeping service is provided for longer stays on a 4 day alternating light service and full service basis (light service on 4th day, full service on 8th day).

Light Service: light surface clean, remove garbage and recycling, replenish amenities (soap, shampoo, towels, toilet paper).

Full Service: full suite clean (countertops and floor), remove garbage and recycling, full linen change in both bedrooms, and replenish amenities.

Extended stay guests (30+ nights) will receive a full service cleaning every Wednesday between 10am and 4pm.

Please note:

• If personal belongings are left on surfaces or on beds the Housekeeping team will not clean the surface or change linens.
• We kindly ask that guests do not leave garbage or recycling in hallways or garbage chute rooms. Garbage can be placed securely in the bags provided and placed down the chute on your floor. Recycling and large items that will not fit down the chutes can be placed in the recycling area or large dumpsters located in the parking lot.
• Please visit our front desk for additional garbage bags for the in-room receptacles if needed.
• If you require maintenance services during your stay, please call or visit the Front Desk to make a request for maintenance.

Each suite at the Residence features two private bedrooms with a double bed and desk in each room, a private washroom (shower, sink, toilet) stocked with shampoo, soap, and towels, and a common area with a full sized fridge/freezer and stove/oven. Beds are made with linens and 2 pillows so there is no need to bring any from home!

• Dishes/Cookware/Cutlery: Suites include a fridge/freezer and stove/oven, however cutlery, dishes, cookware, small appliances, kitchen linens, dish soap, etc. are not included.
• Smoking and Pet Policy: Residence & Conference Centre properties are 100% pet and smoke free.
• No onsite dining option: the Residence does not have a restaurant/café available. Guests are encouraged to bring snacks or food, and the items required to cook and serve their meals for their stay to make use of their in suite kitchen. There are also several restaurants close by.

WI-FI:   Network Name: Canadore Residence – no password required (open network).

Please note that we are a “Bring Your Own Device” facility, and do not have televisions, or other electronic devices in our suites. We encourage our guests to bring their own devices to utilize our complimentary WI-FI.

PARKING: Included with cost of booking, please provide your vehicle details at check in.

Laundry facilities ($) are located on the first floor. A laundry card can be purchased from the machine inside the laundry room, and loaded with funds using cash, debit, Visa or Mastercard. Guests must bring or purchase their own laundry detergent, dryer sheets etc. as these items are not available in the laundry room.
