We are the student residence building located on the Niagara College Daniel J. Patterson campus, just moments away from the Outlet Collection at Niagara and a short drive to the US border.

To make your stay as hassle free as possible we have compiled some important information regarding your stay as well as links to some local points of interest.

FRONT DESK

Our Front Desk is staffed 24 hours should you require assistance during your stay. To contact the Front Desk you can call 905-641-4435 or e-mail notl@stayrcc.com.

Additional amenities (towels, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.) are available at the Front Desk upon request.

If you have any safety or security concerns please visit the Front Desk. In case of emergency please call 9-1-1.

YOUR SUITE

ROOM TYPES

RCC-NOTL strives to accommodate our guest’s preference for room types. However, it is important to note that room types are not guaranteed due to various factors such as availability and maintenance requirements. In the event of a room change, Residence staff will make every effort to move the guest to a room that best matches their initial preference or meets their needs as closely as possible. We understand the importance of guest satisfaction and will work diligently to ensure a smooth transition and a comfortable stay.

THREE BED SUITE SAFETY

The Guest(s) is advised that the suite may contain a loft and/or bunk bed. The Guest(s) agrees to use the loft and/or bunk bed at their own risk and to hold Niagara College, Campus Living Centres INC., Residence & Conference Centre – Niagara-on-the-Lake, and its employees, harmless for any injury to any person, including death, or for any loss or damage caused by the Guest(s) use of the loft and/or bunk bed. The Guest(s) shall be liable for any damages caused to the loft and/or bunk bed.

The Guest(s) shall acknowledge children who are seven years of age or younger, shall not use this loft and/or bunk beds. The Guest(s) acknowledges that these loft and/or bunk beds shall only be used by individuals seven years of age or older, and that only one guest at a time shall occupy these beds.

In accordance with Health Canada’s published regulations concerning bunk beds:

  • Guest(s) shall always use the ladder when getting on or off the bed;
  • The space under the bed shall only be used as intended;
  • Do not place heavy objects on the bed; and
  • Do not tie anything to the bed.

THREE BED SUITES: your accommodation will include 2 private bedrooms; 1 room with a double bed, and 1 bedroom with 2 single loft beds over desk.

Each suite features a private washroom (shower, sink, toilet) stocked with shampoo, soap, and towels, and a common kitchen area with fridge and microwave. Pillows and linens are provided, there is no need to bring any from home!

All suites include complimentary parking and Wi-Fi.

 

HOUSEKEEPING

If you require housekeeping or room maintenance during your stay please visit the Front Desk to make a request.

Housekeeping is provided on an alternating 4 day basis (light service on the 4th day, full service on the 8th day).

Light Service: available upon request. A light surface clean includes garbage/recycling removal and amenity replenish (soap, shampoo, towels, toilet paper).

Full Service: full suite clean (countertops and floor), remove garbage and recycling, linen refresh in both bedrooms, and replenish amenities.

Please note:
If personal belongings are left on surfaces or on beds the Housekeeping team will not clean the surface or change linens. Fresh linens will be left on the bed to avoid moving or touching personal items.

We kindly ask that guests do not leave garbage or recycling in hallways, please request a pick up from the Front Desk.

PLEASE NOTE

  • Dishes/Cookware/Cutlery: Suites include a refrigerator and microwave, however cutlery/dishes/cookware are not included.
  • Cots: cots are available for an additional $10/night. Please visit the Front Desk to request a cot, request are based on availability.
  • Cribs: the Residence does not have cribs available. Guests are welcome to bring a pack-and-play or portable crib for their suite.
  • Onsite Canteen: Need a hot coffee, cold beverage, or snack to enjoy in your room? Avenue C Canteen is located on the main floor of the residence and provides grab-and-go options 24/7! Guests are encouraged to bring snacks or food during their stay to make use of their in suite refrigerator and microwave.
  • Cancellation/Modification: please remember should you need to cancel or modify your booking, to do so a minimum of 24 hours PRIOR to arrival.
  • Smoking and Pet Policy: Residence & Conference Centre properties are 100% pet and smoke free. There are designated smoking areas available on campus.

COMPLIMENTARY WI-FI & PARKING

WI-FI:  NOTL Residence / 137!taylor

PARKING: complimentary parking is included for registered hotel guests. Upon check in please have your license plate number readily available, as you will need to register your vehicle and obtain a parking pass from the front desk; immediately display this pass on your front dash.

Vehicles can park in Lot B. You do not need to purchase parking from the HONK app or signs.

LAUNDRY

Laundry facilities ($) are located on the first floor. A laundry card can be purchased from the machine inside the laundry room, and loaded with funds using a debit or credit card. It is recommended that guests bring or purchase their own laundry detergent.
