Additional amenities (towels, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.) are available at the Front Desk upon request.

If you have any safety or security concerns please visit the Front Desk. Residence staff are on call 24/7. In case of emergency please call 9-1-1.

Housekeeping service is provided on a 4 day alternating light service and full service basis (light service on 4th day, full service on 8th day).

If you require housekeeping or room maintenance during your stay, please visit the Front Desk to make a request.

EXTENDED STAY HOUSEKEEPING

Housekeeping service for extended stay guests (staying 30+ nights) is provided once a week, between 10am and 4pm, and includes:

1. Cleaning floors, vacuuming, desk and countertops, and washroom.
2. Towels, facecloths, and toiletries (soap and shampoo) will be replaced.
3. Garbage and recycling removed (please use black bags for garbage, and clear for recycling – paper/plastic/glass can be mixed).
4. Bed linens will be replaced.

We ask that guests vacate the suite during service.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS: any surface that has personal belongings on it will not be cleaned – including beds. Please tidy belongings on service days to ensure you receive full service.

DO NOT DISTURB SIGNS: if a Do-Not-Disturb sign is on the door, or you turn down service, the suite will be serviced the following week.

AMENITIES: additional towels, sheets, and toiletries are available from the Front Desk.

Each suite at the Residence features:

• Two private bedrooms with a double bed and desk in each room.
• A private washroom (shower, sink, toilet) stocked with shampoo, soap, and towels.
• A kitchenette with fridge and microwave.
• All beds are made with linens and 2 pillows so there is no need to bring any from home!

• Dishes/Cookware/Cutlery: Suites include a refrigerator and microwave, however cutlery/dishes/cookware are not included.
• No Cribs/Cots: the Residence does not have cribs or rollaway cots available. Guests are welcome to bring a pack-and-play or portable crib for their suite.
• Smoking and Pet Policy: Residence & Conference Centre properties are 100% pet and smoke free.
• Onsite Dining: the Residence has a Subway onsite, along with a convenience store. Seneca’s campus is only 300 meters away with onsite dining options as well. Food outlet hours may be limited during summer operations.

WI-FI: SENECA REZ (no password required)

PARKING: Complimentary parking is provided in the designated Residence parking lot. All guests are required to register their license plate at the Front Desk. Instructions and directions will be provided upon check in.

Failure to register your vehicle will result in a ticket and/or towing by Seneca College.

Laundry facilities ($) are located on every even numbered floor of the residence. A laundry card can be purchased from the machine on the 1st floor and can be loaded with funds using debit or credit cards. It is recommended that guests bring or purchase their own laundry detergent.
