Our Front Desk is available 24 hours, 7 days a week a day should you require assistance. To contact the Front Desk, please dial 0 from your in-suite phone, call 519.966.1601 x 0 or e-mail windsor@stayrcc.com.

Additional toiletries and linens (i.e. towels, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.) are available from the Front Desk upon request.

If you have any safety or security concerns, please notify the Front Desk immediately. College Security is on call 24/7.

In case of emergency, please call 9-1-1.

Housekeeping service is provided for longer stays on a 4-day alternating light-service and full-service basis (light service on 4th day, full service on 8th day).

If you require additional housekeeping or room maintenance, please visit the Front Desk to make a request.

Extended stay guests (30+ nights) will receive a full service cleaning every Wednesday between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Light Service: light surface clean, remove garbage and recycling, replenish amenities (soap, shampoo, towels, toilet paper).

Full Service: full suite clean (countertops and floor), remove garbage and recycling, full linen change in both bedrooms, and replenish amenities.

Please note:

If personal belongings are left on surfaces or on beds, we will not clean the surface or change linens. Fresh linens will be left on the bed to avoid moving or touching personal items.

We kindly ask that guests do not leave garbage or recycling in hallways. Please request a pickup from the Front Desk.

Each of our suites feature two private bedrooms with a double bed and desk in each bedroom, a private washroom (shower, sink, toilet) stocked with shampoo, soap, and towels, and a common area with full-sized fridge/freezer and microwave. All bedding, linens and pillows are provided.

• Dishes/Cookware/Cutlery/Coffee Makers/Kettles: Guests are required to supply their own as these are not provided.
• Smoking and Pet Policy: Residence & Conference Centre properties are 100% pet and smoke free.
• In-Suite Phones: Dial 0 to reach the Front Desk at any time. To make free local calls, please dial 9, then the number with area code.
• Other Items: Hair dryers, irons/ironing boards and cork screws are available from the Front Desk.

Wi-Fi: High-speed WI-FI is provided complimentary to our guests. Connect to the “St. Clair Windsor” network using the password sccwindsor.

Parking: On-site parking is complimentary. Guests must self-register their vehicles using St. Clair College’s parking services website.

LAUNDRY
Laundry facilities are located on the first floor. A laundry card can be purchased from the machine inside the laundry room and loaded with funds using a debit or credit card. Guests must bring their own detergent.

ICE MACHINES
There are two in the building. One is located on the 2^nd floor near the elevators, with the other being on the 3^rd floor next to suite 307.

VENDING MACHINES
A snack machine is in the 1^st floor lobby. Beverage machines are located on each floor near the elevators.

LOUNGES
Lounge access is available to guests on a request basis, booking through the Front Desk. Use is complimentary, but guests will be held responsible for any damages, missing items, etc. Certain lounges are only available for student use, as they’ve been furnished through student residence fees.

COMMON KITCHEN*
Located on the 1^st floor off the main lobby. It has two stovetop ovens, sinks and toasters. It is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
*We do not supply any cooking utensils, pans, etc.

OUTDOOR BBQ*
Located on the back patio. Keys for the gas line can be signed out with the Front Desk. It is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
